COFFEE SUNDAY JULY 13
Please join our monthly Coffee Sunday after all morning Masses (8am, 10am, and 12pm) right outside the door of the Church. We have baked goods donated by Cobs Bakery in Kensington Plaza and Valley Bakery as well as some treats baked by our parishioners. For a summer treat, we have ice cream waiting for you!
Knights of Columbus Blood Donor CLINic
The Holy Cross Knights of Columbus are grateful for all the support the July 31st blood drive received. 147 donors came out and 122 units were collected, making Holy Cross by far the most active location in the province that day. It was especially gratifying to see how many first-time donors came out. Thank you !

PROJECT ADVANCE 2023
We would like you to consider making a donation to Project Advance.
Funds raised through Project Advance are a critical supplement to the ministries of our Diocese, which are greater than what one individual parish could support and maintain. As a parish community, we are not only working to assist the Diocese in this fund raiser, but also to raise funds for different needs of our own Holy Cross Community. Anything over and above the Archdiocesan goal of 56.400 will stay within Holy Cross Parish and go towards the following:
– Replacing the furnace in the rectory – $13,000
– Parking Lot Repairs – $22,000
– Seismic upgrade of our elementary school
You can drop off your pledge form in the collection basket, at the parish office or go online to give at www.projectadvance.ca and please designate our parish as the recipient.
BIBLE STUDY 2023
Our next Bible Study is from FORMED.ORG: Philippians: Life in Christ, a 6-session Catholic Bible Study starting Wednesday, Sept 13 at 7:30 pm. It will be conducted in a hybrid meeting – attend virtually or in person in the Music Room.
