Becoming A Registered Parishioner

In order to register as a parishioner of Holy Cross, you may:

  • come to the rectory Monday through Friday during regular office hours (8:30a.m. – 12p.m. and 1p.m. and 4p.m.), or
  • print, fill out, and mail the registration form to Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Ave. Burnaby, BC, V5B 3G2, or
  • print, fill out, and put the registration form in the collection basket in our church.

PreAuthorized Offertory Payment Plan

If you are interested to apply for Preauthorization (Visa/Master Card to be charged on the 1st of each month from your account), please fill out this form.

Please do not email the form but rather bring it to the parish office to make sure that your private information is protected.
