R.C.I.A. stands for the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. It is a program that is designed to assist the needs of individuals who are interested in becoming Catholic. It is also for those who are already Catholic and want to deepen their faith experience.
We begin in September and meet every Saturday between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Various topics on the Catholic Faith are explained and discussed, and the Gospel is read and reflected upon. In an atmosphere of friendliness, caring and interaction we enter a journey of faith together. Fifty days after Easter – Pentecost Sunday – marks the end of the R.C.I.A. proper.
