EUCHARISTIC PROCESSION THIS SUNDAY JUNE 11
Come join us on Corpus Christi Sunday, June 11th, for Holy Cross’s annual Eucharistic Procession. This Eucharistic Procession is our parish’s continuing response to Archbishop Michael Miller’s desire for Eucharistic renewal. Children who received First Communion this year are encouraged to attend.
Starting with the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3 p.m. in the church, we will walk the perimeter of the school grounds and one block into the adjacent neighbourhood. We will then return to the church and finish with Benediction. The entire event should take approximately one hour.
To celebrate this special feast day of Corpus Christi, you are invited to the Gym for refreshments after the procession (hosted by the Holy Cross CWL).
A plenary indulgence is available for the faithful who participate in a Eucharistic Procession on the Feast of Corpus Christi.

Many of you know that June 13th is the Feast day of St. Anthony of Padua, but have you heard about St. Anthony’s Bread? PARISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM (PREP)
Thank you to the many families who have already registered for PREP for 2023/2024. Registration for 2023/2024 is still open but the “Early Bird” rate is no longer in effect.
Registration will close on Wednesday June 28 and will reopen for the few remaining spots on Tuesday September 5th.
You can drop off your registration at the Parish office between the hours of 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. Please let your family and friends know that PREP at Holy Cross starts at Level 1. (Level 1 students are those students enrolled in Grade 1 in September 2023).
