The basement and the upstairs interior of the Church are being painted next week. Therefore, Morning Mass will remain at 8:15 am for the week of March 23.
PALM SUNDAY
Next Sunday (March 29) is Palm Sunday. Our Mass will begin in the school Gym. If you are able, please meet in the gym for our Palm Sunday procession.

Holy Saturday April 4th – Blessing of the Festive Foods at 11:00 am
Holy Saturday April 4th- Easter Vigil Mass 8:00 pm
Easter Sunday April 5th- Masses 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 1200 pm
(there is no 5:00 pm Mass on Easter Sunday)
HOLY THURSDAY OVERNIGHT ADORATION
Please join Overnight Adoration immediately after Holy Thursday Mass on April 2; around 9pm. It will end at 10am and will be followed by the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday. There will be at least one reliable person present at the church. Please come and spend some quiet time with Jesus during The Triduum.
ALTAR SERVER MEETINGS: HOLY WEEK
If you are an altar server and if you would like to serve during holy week, please sign-up in our front sacristy. Altar servers are welcome to sign-up for one, two, or all three days. If you signed up, please attend the meeting(s) on the day(s) you have signed up for (Holy Thu/Good Fri/Holy Sat). Each celebration is served differently from the other two. Meetings are scheduled on the following days:
– APR 2, Holy THU, 6:00 pm
– APR 3, Good FRI, 11:00 am
– APR 4, Holy SAT, 11:30 am

YOUTH MINISTRY
Youth Ministry will take a break for Spring Break and resume on March 30th in the Church basement at 6:30-8:30 pm.

SHARE LENT SECOND COLLECTION
This year’s Share Lent theme, “On Track for Justice”, invites us to align our Lenten sacrifices with the Gospel imperative, fostering solidarity that transforms lives and societies in the spirit of the Church’s social teaching.
Last year, Development & Peace supported 59 life‑changing projects in 34 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Please give as you are able to the Share Lent collection, to journey with our suffering sisters and brothers in the Global South.
LITTLE BOOKS FOR EASTER
The Little White Books for Easter are available for sale at the back of the Church for $3.00 each. Please place the money in the designated box.
EASTER LILIES FOR THE CHURCH
If you wish to donate lilies to decorate our church for Easter, please bring them to the Parish office from Monday March 30th to Thursday, April 2nd. We also accept cash donations for flowers.
40 DAYS FOR LIFE
During Lent, please pray for the sanctity of life from conception to its natural end. 2026 HOLY CROSS ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Please save the date for our Annual Golf Tournament on Friday May 8, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Riverway Golf Course in Burnaby. We will have our Heavenly Wine auction item again this year and your support of this item is much appreciated. Wine Selection Days are Sat and Sun April 11 & 12 before and after the Masses.
Wine Drop-off Days are Sat and Sun April 18 & 19 before and after the Masses.
THE NOTRE DAME JUGGLERS OF ‘66
On June 4, the Notre Dame graduating class of 1966 is celebrating its 60th Reunion with a tour of Notre Dame followed by a mix and mingle afternoon at the Admiral Hotel in Burnaby.
All classmates and their partners/spouses are included in the invitation. As we want to reach as many classmates as possible, we are indebted to the parish for spreading the word.
