40 DAYS FOR LIFE
The worldwide Lenten 40 Days for Life Campaign is now in progress and we encourage each of you to take part. This year, Holy Cross parishioners will be taking one-hour shifts on Thursday, March 30, at John Paul II Center from 8 am until 8 pm and/or on Friday, March 31, at Holy Cross in the church from 9 am to 6:45 pm. (Those going to the John Paul II Center will meet on Willow Street, at 32 Avenue, on the lawn near the fire hydrant, in front of the St. Joseph’s Residence for Retired Priests.) Please consider offering up one or more hours of your time to pray with fellow parishioners to help women in crisis and to save the lives of precious and helpless babies. To sign up for the campaign, there will be volunteers to help you at the entrance of the church this weekend, or email vancouver40days@gmail.com, or call 778-323-5895.
